When you fill out our availability form or send us an email, we only ask for the essentials so we can help get your child started at the English Explorers Club:

Your child’s name and age (so we can place them in the right age group)
Any extra details or questions you share in your message
How We Use Your Information
We only use your details to run the English Explorers Club and communicate with you. That means:
Answering your questions and checking class availability.
Keeping you updated on term dates, schedules, and class details.
Managing your registration and invoices when you sign up.
Making sure we have the necessary emergency or care info to keep your child safe during our sessions.
Class Photos and Updates
We sometimes take photos during lessons to keep parents informed of class progress. These are only shared via private updates (such as a class WhatsApp group or email updates) with parents participating in that specific group.
During the enrollment process, we will ask for your explicit permission both for taking the photos and for sharing them in these updates. These photos will never be used for promotional purposes (such as our website or social media) or shared with third parties without your separate, explicit permission.
You can withdraw your permission to take and share these photos at any time.
Keeping Your Data Safe
We take good care of your information. Your details are securely stored through our website provider (Squarespace) and our email system. We will never sell, rent, or trade your personal data to anyone.
How Long We Keep Your Data
We only keep your information for as long as we need it to handle your class inquiry and coordinate your child's spot in the English Explorers Club. If you decide not to join, we are happy to delete your details whenever you'd like. If you do join, we simply hold onto the necessary contact and registration details for as long as your child is enrolled with us.

Our website is built on Squarespace, which uses basic cookies to help the site run smoothly and to anonymously track general visitor numbers so we know what information parents are looking at. You can manage or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time.
